FastSet™ All-Crete™ is a dual-purpose product. Rapid Patch FlexCrete is a single component, polymer modified, Portland Cement based waterproofing mortar for use in applications where a flexible, durable watertight barrier is required. Flexcrete is designed to bond to concrete and masonry surfaces, is resistant to freeze thaw conditions and chemical and sulfate exposure.

Rapid Patch^® Hairline Crack Repair

Rapid Patch Hairline Crack Repair is a two-component, low-viscosity, 100% solids, urethane repair product designed for filling cracks in structural materials including concrete and bricks, for the purpose of bonding and sealing them. Product goes on black and dries gray. Designed for filling narrow cracks with maximum width of ¼ in. (6 mm) to a maximum depth of 6 in. (150 mm).

Rapid Patch^® Moldable Concrete Repair

Rapid Patch® Moldable Concrete Repair is a fast setting, general purpose cement-based patching material for repairing concrete and masonry. Moldable Concrete Repair is a proprietary blend of Portland cements, aggregate and additives that achieve an initial set in 10-15 minutes; final set in 20-25 minutes. It can be shaved down for a more uniform looking repair after the initial set. Primary applications include drive-ways, walkways, stairs, patios, pool decks, basement floors and garage floors.

Rapid Patch® Rapid Loc™ Concrete & Veneer Bond is an innovative high-grab sealant which has high initial tack to hold materials in place while the adhesive cures, specifically designed for adhering stone, ceramic tile, and other construction materials to vertical surfaces. Rapid Loc Concrete & Veneer Bond is based on silyl-modified polymer technology that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a fast, tough, durable adhesive. Sakrete^® Pro-Mix All-Purpose Cement Mix

Pro-Mix™ All-Purpose Cement Mix is a fast setting, high performance concrete repair material that is shrinkage compensating, and high strength. Just add water to produce an easy to use mix ideal for repairs where short down times are critical and high durability and rapid strength are needed. Tenon^® 40% Silane Sealer

Tenon® 40% Silane Sealer is a clear, solvent-based concrete sealer that penetrates deep into and reacts chemically within the capillaries of the concrete or masonry to protect against moisture penetration and the spalling, freeze damage, and  rebar corrosion which moisture can cause. It is suitable for use to protect, and seal fully-cured fresh concrete, existing concrete, stucco, architectural concrete, and other cementitious materials. 40% Silane Sealer is used for above-grade exterior applications that are not subject to hydrostatic pressure.  Available in 1 gal. bottle (BOM #129870), 5 gal. pail (BOM #129860) and 55 gal. drum (BOM #129597). 

Tenon^® Critical Pavement Repair (CPR)

Tenon® Critical Pavement Repair (CPR) is a preblended, single-component, repair mortar designed to be a quick, durable repair for essential heavy-duty surfaces. This includes airport runways, concrete highways, parking structures, freezer rooms, loading docks, industrial floors, and much more. It is fast-setting, high-strength, polymer-modified, and fiber reinforced as well as freeze-thaw durable. CPR contains corrosion inhibitors to mitigate corrosion issues. It can be trowel applied on horizontal or vertical surfaces or pumped into place for formed vertical and overhead repairs. Tenon® D-LR2 Microfiber is specifically designed to provide low resistivity values complimenting preplaced cathodic protection systems. Tenon^® Shotcrete D-SF Microfiber

Tenon® D-SF Microfiber is a dry process shotcrete containing a pre-blended Portland cement, silica fume, air-entraining admixture, set time accelerator, synthetic fibers, selectively blended aggregates, and propriety performance enhancing components. Tenon® D-SF Microfiber is specifically designed to provide excellent application characteristics with balanced performance properties. This product is approved by MNDOT for "Shotcrete - Concrete Surface Repairs". Available in 80 lb. bags (BOM #112870 & BOM #112868) and 3000 lb. bags (BOM #112869 & BOM #112867).

Tenon^® Ultimate Barrier

Tenon® Ultimate Barrier is a clear, non-yellowing, fast drying acrylic-silicone blended concrete sealer for curing, dustproofing, and weatherproofing of freshly-placed and/or existing concrete, terrazzo, brick, stone, architectural concrete, and other cementitious materials. Tenon® Ultimate Barrier is designed to be a single application for curing, sealing, and weatherproofing. Tenon® Ultimate Barrier forms a membrane film on new concrete to seal and retain hydration water, providing optimum curing of the substrate, resistance to abrasion, damage caused by salt, oil, grease, mild acids, alkali, and stains from soot, smog, fumes, and gases. Tenon® Ultimate Barrier reacts chemically within the capillaries of the concrete or masonry to protect against moisture penetration and the spalling, freeze damage, and rebar corrosion which moisture can cause. Akona^® Concrete Bonding Additive

Akona® Concrete Bonding Additive is an acrylic cement modifier that dramatically improves strength, adhesion, abrasion resistance and freeze-thaw resistance and is ideally suited for use with sand, mortar, cement mixes and selected Akona Repair Products. Akona Concrete Bonding Additive produces a patch that will adhere to old concrete and provides the adhesion required for thin overlays. Rapid Patch^® Concrete Repair Mortar

Rapid Patch® Concrete Repair Mortar (20 lb. BOM #129460, 50 lb. BOM#129470) is a fast-setting, high-performance, multi-use blend of hydraulic cement, polymers, fine aggregates, and special additives used for concrete repair and new construction where high early strength, excellent durability, and low shrinkage is required. Akona^® Concrete/Masonry Restoration Cleaner

Akona® Concrete/Masonry Restoration Cleaner (BOM #102652) is a mild, acidic product that dissolves and removes efflorescence (white mineral deposits) and rust stains from concrete surfaces, masonry units, pavers, brick, etc. This product is recommended to be used before applying a sealer to the surface of concrete or masonry. This enables the sealer to penetrate and seal more effectively. Use this product before applying Akona Penetrating Paver & Masonry Sealer or Akona Water Based Concrete Sealer. In addition, Akona Surface Concrete Cleaner may be used to prepare the surface of concrete or masonry prior to using Akona Repair Products.

TechMix^® Black Blast

TechMix® Black Blast (BOM #106908) are abrasive blasting crystals that can be used for rust/paint removal and cleaning stone and brick. Additionally, the crystals hard, sharp, evenly-sized crystals make them ideal to frost/etch glass. Black Blast crystals work with all blasting equipment, are safe to use, and have a 1.5-2.0 mil anchor profile.

Tenon^® Air-Entrained Concrete Patching Mix AE

Tenon® Air-Entrained Concrete Patching Mix AE (3U58M) (BOM #126199) is an ideal material for repairing concrete pavement, bridge decks, industrial floors, concrete parking lots, and garage decks. This pre-blended mixture of cement, aggregate, and special additives will produce a high strength concrete repair material that is extremely durable and works well in harsh environments. Additionally, when used with Tenon Fast-Set Liquid Activator, surfaces can be reopened to traffic within 4 to 5 hours under typical conditions.

Tenon^® Air Entrainment

Tenon® Air Entrainment (BOM #120377) is a ready-to-use, aqueous solution made of organic materials.  Air Entrainment entrains a small and stable amount of air into the desired mix. These small, stable air voids enhance the mixture and improve workability. Its chemical composition and physical properties make it ideal for many construction applications. It is intended for use when increased workability and freeze-thaw durability of concrete or mortar is preferred. This admixture also improves resistance to freeze/thaw, scaling, segregation, and bleeding and improves strength, plasticity, water retention, and cohesiveness of mortar. Meets ASTM C260 Standard Specification for Air-Entraining Admixtures for Concrete.

Tenon^® SuperFlow

Tenon® SuperFlow water-reducing admixture is a full range water reducing additive providing a more plastic and flowable concrete. It produces concrete mixes with different levels of workability to include self-consolidating concrete (SCC) applications. Tenon SuperFlow admixture meets ASTM C494-C 494M compliance requirements for Type A water-reducing and Type F high-range water-reducing admixtures.

Akona^® Concrete Repair

Akona® Concrete Repair (BOM #103173) is a flexible, quick-drying, paintable filler and sealant for repairs to vertical and horizontal concrete, masonry, stone, and stucco surfaces. It's gray color and sanded texture is designed to blend in with most standard concrete surfaces.

Spec Mix^® Mortar

Spec Mix® Portland Lime & Sand Mortar is a dry, preblended mortar mix containing Portland cement, hydrated lime and dried masonry sand formulated for superior bond, water retention and board life. This product meets ASTM C 270 and ASTM C 1714 requirements. Produces a high-strength concrete repair material that is extremely durable and works well in harsh environments. Use for both full-depth and partial-depth applications.

Akona^® Crack-Resistant Surface Bonding Cement

Akona® Crack-Resistant Surface Bonding Cement is a specially-formulated, multi-use product. It can be used to build and restore retaining walls or block walls, patch large vertical holes where non-sagging cement is a must, or repair deteriorated stucco. Because it contains special fibers it will not shrink, crack, or sag on a vertical repair. It also provides additional overall strength over conventional concrete. Available in Gray (BOM #102614).

Akona^® Epoxy Crack Repair

Akona® Epoxy Crack Repair (BOM #120439) is a two-component, high-strength, 100% solids, epoxy repair product designed for injection into horizontal cracks in structural materials including concrete and bricks for the purpose of bonding and sealing. Special no-mess, self-mixing tube for easier application. Use to fill and bond narrow horizontal cracks up to 1/4" (6 mm) wide x 6" (150 mm) deep. Dries clear to light yellow color.

Quikrete^® Re-Cap Concrete Resurfacer

Quikrete® Re-Cap™ Concrete Resurfacer (BOM #112421) is a special blend of portland cement, sand, polymer modifiers and other additives. Designed to provide a shrinkage compensated repair material for making thin repairs to sound concrete in need of surface renewal. Can be squeegee, trowel or brush applied.

Akona^® Fast-Setting Anchoring Epoxy

Akona® Fast-Setting Anchoring Epoxy (BOM #120438) is a two-component, high-performance, 100% solids, high-modulus, non-sag gel epoxy designed for anchoring bolts, railings, dowels, and rebar steel into concrete and to bond or repair a variety of household and common building materials including concrete, porous tile, and stone. Special no-mess, self-mixing tube for easier application. Non-shrink, resistant to chemicals and solvents, this high-strength, fast-setting epoxy has a gel time in as little as 12-14 minutes; initial cure of 2 hours; and final cure time of 12-16 hours. Use both horizontal and vertical, up to 1/8" (3 mm) annular width and 10" (254 mm) depth. Because it is moisture tolerant, it is ideal for stopping air and water leaks. Gray in color.

Akona^® Foundation Coating Cement

Akona® Foundation Coating Cement (BOM #102621) is a specially-formulated, cement-based product for coating and protecting polystyrene insulation board or insulated concrete forms (ICF) from weathering, ultraviolet rays, and general wear/impact. Akona Foundation Coating Cement is polymer-modified and contains fibers which reduces shrinkage and improves the adhesion properties of the product. Akona Foundation Coating Cement is easy to apply by masonry brush or trowel and has the superior durability of a Portland cement-based product. It also provides a tough, durable gray textured or stucco-like finish. If desired, the product may be integrally colored with a liquid cement or mortar colorant, or it can be painted to match existing home design.

Quikrete^® Expansion Strips

Quikrete® Expansion Joint Strips (BOM #106868) are made from resilient wood fibers to prevent damage during expansion and contraction of concrete. These ½"x 4"x 60" weather-resistant strips are used between concrete slabs in driveways, sidewalks, and patios as well as to separate concrete from the structures they butt up to. Meets requirement of ASTM D 1751.

Akona® Heavy-Duty Waterproofing Base Coat (BOM #102624) is a Portland cement-based, waterproof coating for use over concrete, block, brick or stucco surfaces. Use for interior or exterior coating of foundation, basement or retaining walls below or above grade. When applied over non-uniform areas, this product provides a smooth or textured surface that can be left as a finished decorative coating. In addition, this product can serve as a base coat for paint or similar faux finishes. Sakrete® Concrete Crack Filler (BOM #120026) is a flowable, polymer-based crack filler for concrete. This repair material is designed to fill and seal cracks in concrete up to 1/4 in. wide and 1/4 in. deep.

Tenon^® Concrete Patching Mix

Tenon® Concrete Patching Mix (BOM #126198) is a dry mixed combination of Portland-limestone Cement and aggregates that is proportioned and manufactured according to MnDOT specification 3105 for grade 3U18. When mixed according to specifications with water and admixtures, it is an ideal mixture for repairing concrete pavement, industrial floors, and structural concrete.

Akona^® Instant Anchoring Cement

Akona® Instant Anchoring Cement (BOM #102645) is a quick-setting, anchoring cement compound used for setting poles, railings, bolts and fixtures in concrete or masonry. Suitable for interior or exterior use, this product expands as it hardens to set securely and lock in place for strong support. Average set time = 20 minutes

Quikrete^® FastSet^™ Repair Mortar

Quikrete® FastSet Repair Mortar (BOM #109719) is specifically formulated to make structural repairs to any concrete, masonry or stucco surface. This low-sag formula has a 20-30 minute working time which allows for sculpting of the material during placement and makes it ideal for vertical and overhead repairs. Just add water, mix, and use to repair concrete, masonry, or stucco surfaces. Exceeds ASTM C 928 R-2. Compressive strength ASTM C109 modified: 3 hours=2,000 psi, 24 hours = 4,000 psi, 7 days = 5,000 psi, and 28 days = 6,000 psi.

Tenon^® Concrete Resurfacer

Tenon® Surface Bonding Cement CR is a versatile fiber-reinforced, Portland cement-based product used to build and restore retaining walls or block walls, patch large vertical holes where non-sagging cement is a must, repair deteriorated stucco, and in the construction of concrete block walls that are dry stacked (without mortar) above the first course. Special fibers control shrinkage, cracking, and sagging on vertical applications and provides additional overall strength when compared with conventional concrete. Tenon® Vertical Concrete Surface Finisher is a superior cementitious waterproofing coating for concrete and masonry. It provides a protective and waterproof surface while eliminating the rubbing process. Spray or brush applied, available in light gray (BOM #120765) or white (BOM #120764). For added performance, durability, and improved bonding, Vertical Concrete Surface Finisher is designed to be mixed with Tenon Mighty Bond liquid additive. Vertical Concrete Surface Finisher when mixed with Mighty Bond is approved by MNDOT under Special Surface Finish System.

Tenon^® Vinyl Concrete Patch

Tenon® Vinyl Concrete Patch a polymer-modified, Portland cement-based patching compound used to repair minor surface imperfections in concrete. Suitable for interior and exterior applications from feather-edge to 2 in. (51 mm) thick per lift. Typically supports foot traffic in 8-12 hours, wheeled traffic in 48 hours.
