Rapid Patch^® FlexCrete

Rapid Patch^® Rapid Loc^™ Concrete & Veneer Bond

Rapid Patch® Rapid Loc™ Concrete & Veneer Bond is an innovative high-grab sealant which has high initial tack to hold materials in place while the adhesive cures, specifically designed for adhering stone, ceramic tile, and other construction materials to vertical surfaces. Rapid Loc Concrete & Veneer Bond is based on silyl-modified polymer technology that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a fast, tough, durable adhesive. Rapid Loc Concrete & Veneer Bond exhibits excellent adhesive properties to most common substrates including stone, brick veneer, aluminum, brass, vinyl, steel, stainless steel, glass, mirrors, mortar, concrete, wood, OSB, plywood, ceramic tile, brick, foam board, pavers, painted surfaces, fiberglass, and many plastics. Rapid Loc Concrete & Veneer Bond is highly weather resistant, remains flexible in low temperature extremes, and can be painted with most paints. Available in 9.5 oz. tube (BOM #130170).

Tenon^® Concrete & Mortar Dissolver RM

Tenon® Concrete & Mortar Dissolver RM is an environmentally-friendly liquid alternative to aggressive acid based concrete removers. Concrete & Mortar Dissolver RM is specifically designed for use in the ready-mix industry to clean equipment while the concrete and mortar are still in their plastic state. This product will retard the set time and prevent the cementitious bonds from forming, allowing the material to be easily washed from the equipment and tools.

Spec Mix^® Mortar

Spec Mix® Portland Lime & Sand Mortar is a dry, preblended mortar mix containing Portland cement, hydrated lime and dried masonry sand formulated for superior bond, water retention and board life. This product meets ASTM C 270 and ASTM C 1714 requirements. TCC Materials offers Spec Mix® Portland Lime & Sand mortar in Type N (BOM #101212), Type S (BOM #101013), Type M (BOM #101320), and Type O (BOM #107500). PCL Sand is also available with an Integral Water Repellant (IWR). Quikrete® Glass Block Mortar (BOM #100710) is a specifically formulated blend of white sand, cement, lime and other waterproof additives designed to provide a decorative, waterproof joint. Exceeds the performance requirements of ASTM C270 for Type S Mortar. Just add water.

Sakrete^® Concrete & Mortar Repair

Sakrete® Concrete & Mortar Repair Tube (BOM#121098) is a weather-resistant, latex-based polymer used for repairing deteriorated mortar joints or cracks in concrete.

Quikrete^® Mason Mix

Quikrete® Mason Mix (BOM #106514) is a high strength Commercial Grade dry pre-blended mixture of sand and cements specially selected for masonry applications. Meets N, S, M requirements as specified in ASTM C270. Just add water. Also available in a 60 lb. bag (BOM #105673) at some locations.

Akona^® Mortar Repair

Akona® Mortar Repair (BOM #103174) is designed for tuck-pointing, repairing, and sealing mortar joints and cracks in masonry units such as stone, brick and block walls. The product is gray in color and designed to blend in with the texture of surrounding mortar. Our durable, pre-mixed Mortar Repair is a sanded, latex-based polymer formulation that dries quickly, is paintable, and provides superior adhesion to masonry.

Quikrete^® Mortar Mix – Type N

Quikrete® Mortar Mix (BOM #100533) is a blend of masonry cement and graded sand, designed to meet ASTM C 270 for Type N Mortar. Just add water and mix to construct or repair block, brick, or stone structures like walls, pillars, barbecues, planters, and for tuck-pointing mortar joints.

Spec Mix^® Adhered Veneer Mortar

Spec Mix® Adhered Veneer Mortar (AVM) is a blend of dry cementitious materials and masonry sand specifically designed to provide superior bond for precast, lightweight masonry veneer units to base surfaces, and is also offered with integral color. TCC Materials offers Adhered Veneer Mortar in Type N (BOM #109302) and Type S (BOM #109454) This product meets ASTM C270 and ASTM C 1714, and CSA A 179 for Type S mortar including ACI 530 shear strength requirements. Ideal for bonding retaining wall block and caps, repairing broken concrete, or adhering signage and other items to concrete.

Sakrete^® Fast Setting Repair Mortar

Sakrete® Fast Setting Repair Mortar (BOM #120371) is a fast-setting, high-strength patching material for both interior and exterior concrete surfaces. The convenient zip-pouch package is designed with the do-it-yourselfer in mind for smaller repair projects. Just add water and mix in the bag to create a workable mixture with excellent bonding characteristics. Trowel apply over existing concrete surfaces from a featheredge to 2" thickness to fix minor blemishes. Use for vertical, horizontal, and overhead repairs to pavement, curbs, steps, and more. Sakrete Repair Mortar can be shaved and sanded to shape. Sets up in 10-12 minutes.

TechPro^® Heavy-Duty Stone Veneer Mortar

TechPro® Heavy-Duty Stone Veneer Mortar (BOM #120444) is a high-yield, lightweight, high-performance, polymer-modified, fiber-reinforced, Portland-cement based mortar for adhered installation of masonry veneer stone and natural stone. 25% lighter than traditional mortars with excellent non-sag and non-slump handling characteristics. Special admixtures help create both a mechanical and chemical bond to the substrate, significantly outperforming standard mortars. TechPro Heavy-Duty Stone Veneer Mortar is "Step 2" of the TechPro stone installation system used to create decorative exterior and non-load bearing interior veneer walls.

Akona^® Medium-Duty Refractory Mortar

Akona® Medium-Duty Refractory Mortar (BOM #104319) is a dry, preblended mortar ideally suited for setting masonry units in fireplaces (outdoor or indoor), fire pits, BBQ's, or chimney applications such as setting clay flue liners. Our refractory mortar is air-entrained for freeze-thaw resistance, offers great workability, high strength, and a one-hour working time. Good for temperatures up to 2,550°F and has passed ASTM C199, ASTM C1283, and ASTM E136.

Akona^® Glass Block Mortar

Akona® Glass Block Mortar (BOM # 102627) is a specially-formulated blend of select white silica sands, white cement and workability agents which result in an easy-to-handle, high strength mortar. It is designed for installing glass block windows, shower and bath walls or masonry units where a white mortar is desired. This product is suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Akonaseal^® Non-Sag Masonry/Joint Sealant

Akonaseal® Masonry/Joint Sealant (BOM #104561) is a premium-grade, multipurpose, moisture-cure sealant, designed to meet the flexibility requirements of dynamically moving cracks and joints, this texturized, gray mortar-colored sealant is ideally suited for vertical concrete, stucco or masonry applications with a maximum joint of 1½"W x ¾"D and can be painted with a latex paint when cured. Complies with ASTM C920, Federal Specification TTS-00230C, and is VOC compliant.

SAKRETE^® Mortar Repair

Sakrete® Mortar Repair Tube (BOM#121119) is a weather-resistant, latex-based polymer used for repairing deteriorated mortar joints or cracks in walls.

Sakrete^® Mortar-Stucco Mix Type S

Sakrete® Mortar-Stucco Mix Type S is a contractor-grade mortar mix for laying brick, block, and stone in load-bearing walls and construction above or below grade level. TechPro^® Polymer-Modified Stone Veneer Base Coat

TechPro® Polymer-Modified Stone Veneer Base Coat (BOM #120442) is used as a scratch and base coat for real or manufactured stone veneer units. Also referred to as a cement plaster coating, it is a blend of cementitious materials, dried sand, and special performance admixtures designed to produce a highly-bondable substrate and to optimize consistency between batches. Special admixtures help create both a mechanical and chemical bond to the substrate with excellent workability and non-sag performance. Polymer-modified, mix with water only. "Step 1" of the TechPro stone veneer installation system used to create decorative exterior or non-load bearing interior veneer walls.  Can be applied over TechPro Moisture Barrier or directly to fully cured concrete.

Tenon^® Refractory Mortar

Tenon® Refractory Mortar is a specially-engineered blend of specific cements and aggregates giving the mortar unique heat-resistance and thermal characteristics for use in high-temperature applications such as inside fire pit rings, setting chimney clay flue liners, parging a smoke chimney chamber, and setting fire bricks. Passes ASTM C 199 for mortar temperature limits to 2,550°F for a minimum of 6 hours.
