Akona® Concrete/Masonry Set Accelerator
Akona® Concrete/Masonry Set Accelerator (BOM #103963) is an ASTM C494, Type C, non-chloride, non-corrosive, liquid that improves workability and initial strength while it reduces the hydration time of cement. The product is recommended for use during cooler weather to accelerate set time and reduce the risk of frozen mortar and concrete mixes. It is also recommended for use when early strength gain is desired to speed up projects. Akona Concrete/Masonry Set Accelerator provides a reduced curing time, faster set time and increased early strength. The product speeds finishing operations in any weather condition without any corrosive effects.

TCC Materials® Masonry Cement
TCC Materials® Masonry Cement is designed to be mixed with masonry sand to create masonry mortar for various applications such as brick and stone. Type N Masonry Cement (BOM #100920) is used for non-structural, above-grade applications such as setting brick or stone veneer and comes in a 70 lb. bag. Type S Masonry Cement (BOM #100917) is designed for structural above-grade or below-grade application and comes in a 75 lb. bag. Type M Masonry Cement (BOM #100868) is used for structural, below-grade, load-bearing walls where higher compressive strengths are needed and comes in a 70 lb. bag.

Akona® Heavy-Duty Waterproofing Base Coat
Akona® Heavy-Duty Waterproofing Base Coat (BOM #102624) is a Portland cement-based, waterproof coating for use over concrete, block, brick or stucco surfaces. Use for interior or exterior coating of foundation, basement or retaining walls below or above grade. When applied over non-uniform areas, this product provides a smooth or textured surface that can be left as a finished decorative coating. In addition, this product can serve as a base coat for paint or similar faux finishes. Please note that this product needs to be mixed with a mixture of water and Akona Concrete Bonding Additive (sold separately, BOM #102659).

Akona® Instant Water Stop
Akona® Instant Water Stop is a quick-setting, hydraulic cement compound used primarily as a water stop or hole filler on concrete or masonry materials. It is formulated to expand when set and locks into place to block flowing water within 3 to 5 minutes. Our durable, pre-mixed Mortar Repair is a sanded, acrylic formulation that dries quickly, is paintable, and provides superior adhesion to masonry.

Akona® Pre-Mixed Concrete & Stucco Patch is a water-based formula intended to patch minor cracks, holes, and surface defects in concrete or stucco. Product may also be used for residential repairs of masonry walls and re-applying small broken pieces of concrete or tuck pointing brick mortar joints. Akonaseal® Masonry/Joint Sealant
Akonaseal® Masonry/Joint Sealant (BOM #104561) has an updated package and name (previously called Construction Textured Sealant). A premium-grade, multi-purpose, moisture-cure sealant, designed to meet the flexibility requirements of dynamically moving cracks and joints, this texturized, gray mortar-colored sealant is ideally suited for vertical concrete, stucco or masonry applications with a maximum joint of 1½"W x ½"D and can be painted with a latex paint when cured. Complies with ASTM C920, Federal Specification TTS-00230C, and is VOC compliant.

TechPro® Polymer-Modified Stone Veneer Base Coat (BOM #120442) is used as a scratch and base coat for real or manufactured stone veneer units. Also referred to as a cement plaster coating, it is a blend of cementitious materials, dried sand, and special performance admixtures designed to produce a highly-bondable substrate and to optimize consistency between batches. Special admixtures help create both a mechanical and chemical bond to the substrate with excellent workability and non-sag performance. Polymer-modified, mix with water only. "Step 1" of the TechPro stone veneer installation system used to create decorative exterior or non-load bearing interior veneer walls. Can be applied over TechPro Moisture Barrier or directly to fully cured concrete.
