Rapid Patch® Rapid Loc™ Concrete & Veneer Bond
Rapid Patch® Rapid Loc™ Concrete & Veneer Bond is an innovative high-grab sealant which has high initial tack to hold materials in place while the adhesive cures, specifically designed for adhering stone, ceramic tile, and other construction materials to vertical surfaces. Rapid Loc Concrete & Veneer Bond is based on silyl-modified polymer technology that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a fast, tough, durable adhesive. Rapid Loc Concrete & Veneer Bond exhibits excellent adhesive properties to most common substrates including stone, brick veneer, aluminum, brass, vinyl, steel, stainless steel, glass, mirrors, mortar, concrete, wood, OSB, plywood, ceramic tile, brick, foam board, pavers, painted surfaces, fiberglass, and many plastics. Rapid Loc Concrete & Veneer Bond is highly weather resistant, remains flexible in low temperature extremes, and can be painted with most paints. Available in 9.5 oz. tube (BOM #130170).

This product meets ASTM C 270 and ASTM C 1714 requirements. TCC Materials offers Spec Mix® Portland Lime & Sand mortar in Type N (BOM #101212), Type S (BOM #101013), Type M (BOM #101320), and Type O (BOM #107500). PCL Sand is also available with an Integral Water Repellant (IWR). Akona® Crack-Resistant Surface Bonding Cement
Akona® Crack-Resistant Surface Bonding Cement is a specially-formulated, multi-use product. It can be used to build and restore retaining walls or block walls, patch large vertical holes where non-sagging cement is a must, or repair deteriorated stucco. Because it contains special fibers it will not shrink, crack, or sag on a vertical repair. It also provides additional overall strength over conventional concrete. Available in Gray (BOM #102614).

Akona® Instant Water Stop

TechMix® Masonry Cement
Tech Mix® Masonry Cement is designed to be mixed with masonry sand to create masonry mortar for various applications such as brick and stone. Type N Masonry Cement (BOM #100920) is used for non-structural, above-grade applications such as setting brick or stone veneer and comes in a 70 lb. bag. Type S Masonry Cement (BOM #100917) is designed for structural above-grade or below-grade application and comes in a 75 lb. bag. Type M Masonry Cement (BOM #100868) is used for structural, below-grade, load-bearing walls where higher compressive strengths are needed and comes in a 70 lb. bag.

Akona® Mortar Repair

The product is gray in color and designed to blend in with the texture of surrounding mortar. Our durable, pre-mixed Mortar Repair is a sanded, latex-based polymer formulation that dries quickly, is paintable, and provides superior adhesion to masonry.

Akona® Medium-Duty Refractory Mortar
Akona® Medium-Duty Refractory Mortar (BOM #104319) is a dry, preblended mortar ideally suited for setting masonry units in fireplaces (outdoor or indoor), fire pits, BBQ's, or chimney applications such as setting clay flue liners. Akonaseal® Non-Sag Masonry/Joint Sealant
Akonaseal® Masonry/Joint Sealant (BOM #104561) is a premium-grade, multipurpose, moisture-cure sealant, designed to meet the flexibility requirements of dynamically moving cracks and joints, this texturized, gray mortar-colored sealant is ideally suited for vertical concrete, stucco or masonry applications with a maximum joint of 1½"W x ¾"D and can be painted with a latex paint when cured. Complies with ASTM C920, Federal Specification TTS-00230C, and is VOC compliant.

Tenon® Refractory Mortar
Tenon® Refractory Mortar is a specially-engineered blend of specific cements and aggregates giving the mortar unique heat-resistance and thermal characteristics for use in high-temperature applications such as inside fire pit rings, setting chimney clay flue liners, parging a smoke chimney chamber, and setting fire bricks. Passes ASTM C 199 for mortar temperature limits to 2,550°F for a minimum of 6 hours.

TechPro® Stone Veneer Joint Grout
TechPro® Stone Veneer Joint Grout is a mixture of dry cementitious materials and dried sand designed to fill joints between real or manufactured stone veneer units. Preblended with air-entrainment admixtures to resist freeze-thaw conditions while increasing flow and durability. Specially formulated for clean installation and flow properties to eliminate clogging when using a grout bag. Mix with water only. "Step 3" of the TechPro stone veneer installation system used to create decorative exterior or non-load bearing interior veneer walls. Special fibers control shrinkage, cracking, and sagging on vertical applications and provides additional overall strength when compared with conventional concrete.
