Akona Concrete Cure & Seal is a clear, non-yellowing, waterborne, acrylic polymer membrane forming compound used for curing, sealing, and hardening of freshly placed and/or existing concrete, pavers, brick, stone, and other cementitious materials. Concrete Cure & Seal is formulated to cure, seal, protect, and dustproof. Designed for both exterior and interior applications. The white solution dries clear and provides a dust-free surface. Concrete Cure & Seal provides maximum hardness to the concrete as well as resistance to traffic abrasion when applied to freshly placed concrete. Construction debris is easier to remove. It is compatible with most tile and carpet adhesives. Akona Concrete Form Release is a water-based concrete form release agent which provides a clean release from plywood, fiberglass, aluminum, steel, urethane, and other concrete forming materials. Economical and effective against adhesion to the form and surfacing dusting. Will not stain concrete or interfere with coatings when properly applied. Akona® Concrete & Masonry Dissolver is an environmentally-friendly liquid alternative to aggressive acid concrete removers. Concrete & Masonry Dissolver can be used to safely remove cured concrete, mortar, grout, and stucco buildup from tools, concrete forms, job mixers, hardware, shoring, and more. This product deconstructs the bond between the Portland cement component, turning it into a soft paste-like mush that is easily removed from the surface. Akona® Concrete/Masonry Restoration Cleaner (BOM #102652) is a mild, acidic product that dissolves and removes efflorescence (white mineral deposits) and rust stains from concrete surfaces, masonry units, pavers, brick, etc. This product is recommended to be used before applying a sealer to the surface of concrete or masonry. This enables the sealer to penetrate and seal more effectively. Use this product before applying Akona Penetrating Paver & Masonry Sealer or Akona Water Based Concrete Sealer. Akona® Concrete Repair (BOM #103173) is a flexible, quick-drying, paintable filler and sealant for repairs to vertical and horizontal concrete, masonry, stone, and stucco surfaces. It's gray color and sanded texture is designed to blend in with most standard concrete surfaces.
Akona® Crack-Resistant Surface Bonding Cement (BOM #102614) is a specially-formulated, multi-use product. It can be used to build and restore retaining walls or block walls, patch large vertical holes where non-sagging cement is a must, or repair deteriorated stucco. Because it contains special fibers it will not shrink, crack, or sag on a vertical repair. It also provides additional overall strength over conventional concrete.
Akona® Epoxy Crack Repair (BOM #120439) is a two-component, high-strength, 100% solids, epoxy repair product designed for injection into horizontal cracks in structural materials including concrete and bricks for the purpose of bonding and sealing. Special no-mess, self-mixing tube for easier application. Use to fill and bond narrow horizontal cracks up to 1/4" (6 mm) wide x 6" (150 mm) deep. Dries clear to light yellow color.
Akona® Epoxy Tube Nozzles are intended to provide customers additional nozzles for use with epoxy tube products. Both the original nozzle and the replacements are one-time use nozzles which should be discarded after use. This solves the issue when customers use only a portion of the product, but have to discard of the original one-time use nozzle. This product comes in packs of 2 tubes per bag.

Akona® Foundation Coating Cement (BOM #102621) is a specially-formulated, cement-based product for coating and protecting polystyrene insulation board or insulated concrete forms (ICF) from weathering, ultraviolet rays, and general wear/impact. Akona Foundation Coating Cement is polymer-modified and contains fibers which reduces shrinkage and improves the adhesion properties of the product. Akona Foundation Coating Cement is easy to apply by masonry brush or trowel and has the superior durability of a Portland cement-based product. It also provides a tough, durable gray textured or stucco-like finish. Akona® Glass Block Mortar (BOM # 102627) is a specially-formulated blend of select white silica sands, white cement and workability agents which result in an easy-to-handle, high strength mortar. It is designed for installing glass block windows, shower and bath walls or masonry units where a white mortar is desired. This product is suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
Akona® Heavy-Duty Waterproofing Base Coat (BOM #102624) is a Portland cement-based, waterproof coating for use over concrete, block, brick or stucco surfaces. Use for interior or exterior coating of foundation, basement or retaining walls below or above grade. When applied over non-uniform areas, this product provides a smooth or textured surface that can be left as a finished decorative coating. In addition, this product can serve as a base coat for paint or similar faux finishes. Akona Instant Patching Cement self-bonds to all properly-prepared concrete surfaces and develops twice the strength of ordinary concrete.
Akona® Instant Post Cement (BOM #102631) is used for quick setting of all metal, wood and plastic fence, mailbox, basketball and swing set posts. This product does not require pre-mixing prior to use. Simply pour dry mix into the hole with water as directed. Instant Post Cement does not require bracing and sets in approximately 10-20 minutes. Akona Instant Post Cement is not designed to be used for footings or structural supports.
Akona® Instant Water Stop is a quick-setting, hydraulic cement compound used primarily as a water stop or hole filler on concrete or masonry materials. It is formulated to expand when set and locks into place to block flowing water within 3 to 5 minutes. Akonakote® Pourable Concrete Patch (#104626) is a flowable, squeegee-grade, polymer-modified patching and resurfacing mix. This flowable, easy-to-use formula can be applied standing up to corrects defects on concrete surfaces prior to applying new flooring materials or coatings. Additionally, Pourable Concrete Patch can be used as a wearable surface in some applications. For deeper repairs over ½" in concrete floors, it is advisable to use Akona Instant Patching Cement prior to using this product.
Akona® Liquid Air Entraining Admixture (BOM #103941) is a ready-to-use, aqueous solution made of organic materials. Akona Liquid Air Entraining Admixture entrains a small and stable amount of air into the desired mix. These small, stable air voids enhance the mixture and improve workability. Its chemical composition and physical properties make it ideal for many construction applications. It is intended for use when increased workability and freeze-thaw durability of concrete or mortar is preferred. This admixture also improves resistance to freeze/thaw, scaling, segregation, and bleeding and improves strength, plasticity, water retention, and cohesiveness of mortar. Akona® Medium-Duty Refractory Mortar (BOM #104319) is a dry, preblended mortar ideally suited for setting masonry units in fireplaces (outdoor or indoor), fire pits, BBQ's, or chimney applications such as setting clay flue liners. Our refractory mortar is air-entrained for freeze-thaw resistance, offers great workability, high strength, and a one-hour working time. Good for temperatures up to 2,550°F and has passed ASTM C199, ASTM C1283, and ASTM E136.
Akona® Mortar Repair (BOM #103174) is designed for tuck-pointing, repairing, and sealing mortar joints and cracks in masonry units such as stone, brick and block walls. The product is gray in color and designed to blend in with the texture of surrounding mortar. Our durable, pre-mixed Mortar Repair is a sanded, latex-based polymer formulation that dries quickly, is paintable, and provides superior adhesion to masonry.
Akona® Non-Shrink Grout (BOM #104953) is a pre-blended, pourable, non-metallic, Portland-cement based material used for grouting steel columns, bearing plates, precast concrete and anchors. Our Non-Shrink Grout compensates for an uneven foundation, distributes the weight of the unit, and prevents shifting after settling and leveling the unit. Akona Non-Shrink Grout is composed of aggregates, Portland cement and other additives to create an interior or exterior grout with non-shrinking characteristics capable of handling high-load transfers. Meets ASTM C1107 and is MN, WI, and NE DOT approved.
Akona® Polymer-Modified Concrete Resurfacer is a special, acrylic, polymer-modified cement used to resurface spalled and/or damaged interior and exterior concrete surfaces such as steps, patios, garage floors, and sidewalks. Akona Concrete Resurfacer bonds and dries to a concrete gray color. This high-strength product has superior bond and is trowelable to from 1/4 in. down to 1/8 in. (6 to 3 mm). Akona® Gray Pourable Concrete Crack Filler is a ready-mixed, easy-to-apply, pourable material for filling cracks up to ¼" deep x ¼" wide. Gray in color to blend with concrete surfaces and flexible to conform to movements of active cracks, Concrete Crack Filler is ideal for horizontal concrete surface such as driveways, sidewalks, patios and garage floors. Available in 1 gal. bottles (BOM #102639) and 1 qt. bottles (BOM #102638). For larger cracks and holes, use Akona Vinyl Cement Patch.
Akona Power Patch Pro is a high-strength, non-sag, two component epoxy used to bond, repair, or fill blemishes in concrete, brick, wood, and stone and can be used for both overhead and vertical repairs. The application temperature range is between 40°F-100°F (4°C-38°C)

Akona® Self-Leveling Floor Underlayment Cement (BOM #104623) is a free-flowing mortar for use where a level surface is necessary prior to installing floor coverings. This ground-breaking formula has a dry, integral primer mixed so you no longer need to spend the additional money, time, and labor on adding an additional primer liquid. Our Self-Leveling Floor Underlayment Cement requires a minimum amount of labor to produce a smooth, level surface that is ready for installing floor coverings such as ceramic tile, marble, wood and carpet within 24 hours and resilient flooring after 72 hours.
