Spec Mix® Underground Utility Mortar (BOM #106516) is a dry, preblended, air-entrained mortar mix containing Portland cement, hydrated lime, and dried masonry sand formulated for superior bond and outstanding freeze-thaw resistance in all underground precast concrete structure applications.
