Tenon® Paver Guardian
Tenon® Paver Guardian is designed to protect & extend the life of installed pavers without changing the finished look. Paver Guardian provides a natural finish that maintains the original look of pavers, concrete, architectural concrete, brick, natural stone, and other cementitious materials. This clear, solvent-based formula penetrates and reacts chemically within the capillaries of the concrete to protect against moisture penetration, spalling, freeze-thaw damage, deicing salts, efflorescence, and chemical erosion, protects surfaces from most chemicals, dirt, acids, alkali, and airborne pollutants while making these surfaces easier to clean. Paver Guardian is used for above-grade exterior applications that are not subject to hydrostatic pressure. This clear, water-bourne formula penetrates and reacts chemically within the capillaries of the surface to protect against deicing salts, moisture penetration, spalling, freeze-thaw damage, efflorescence, and chemical erosion. Paver Guardian WB also protects surfaces from most chemicals, dirt, acids, alkali, and airborne pollutants while making these surfaces easier to clean. Made with a blend of methacrylate polymers, this solvent -based coating does not yellow when exposed to the sun’s UV rays and can also be used as a final sealer on concrete, architectural concrete, brick, natural tile, and other cementitious materials. Paver Seal will enhance the beauty of pavers, colored or stamped concrete, or exposed aggregate yet keep a matte finish. It forms a membrane to increase protection from damaging freeze-thaw cycles, deicing salts, efflorescence, and chemical erosion, protects surfaces from most chemicals, dirt, acids, alkali, oil, grease, foods, and airborne pollutants while making these surfaces easier to clean.
