Additionally, the crystals hard, sharp, evenly-sized crystals make them ideal to frost/etch glass. Black Blast crystals work with all blasting equipment, are safe to use, and have a 1.5-2.0 mil anchor profile.

TCC Materials® Corefill Masonry Grout
TCC Materials® Corefill Masonry Grout (BOM #103501) is used to fill reinforced bond beams, to bond adjacent masonry units together, to bond steel reinforcement in the cores of masonry units and for filling masonry voids. Core Fill Masonry Grout is formulated for superior flow to fill masonry voids while meeting ASTM C476 requirements for reinforced masonry construction. Yields approximately ⅕ of a cubic foot of wet grout per 80 lb. (36.3 kg) bag. For concrete block this will fill about 4 cores in a 12" unit or about 5.5 cores in an 8" unit. Available in a 80 lb. (36.3 kg) bag.
TCC Materials® Countertop Mix
TCC Materials® Premium Concrete Countertop Mix™ is a fast-setting, high-strength countertop mix formulated for use in various precast projects. This product is ideally suited for countertops, outdoor kitchen tops, bar or table tops, precast wall caps, mantels or lintels. Because it is fiber reinforced with shinkage-reducing microfiber technology, this product is also ideal for workbenches and utility tops. Premium Countertop Mix just needs water to produce an easy-to-use, pourable mixture that can be de-molded in 18-24 hours. Available in a 50 lb. TCC Materials® Low-Dust Additive
TCC Materials® Low-Dust Additive is designed to significantly reduce the amount of dust generated during the handling and use of dry concrete, masonry, shotcrete, and geothermal mixes at the construction site. This product can reduce dust by 50-80% without compromising the strength, properties, or workability of the specific mix. Excellent for projects in high foot traffic, residential, or other areas where humans, pets, structures, electronics, and machinery can be negatively affected by dust accumulation. TCC Materials® Masonry Cement
TCC Materials® Masonry Cement is designed to be mixed with masonry sand to create masonry mortar for various applications such as brick and stone. Type N Masonry Cement (BOM #100920) is used for non-structural, above-grade applications such as setting brick or stone veneer and comes in a 70 lb. bag. Type S Masonry Cement (BOM #100917) is designed for structural above-grade or below-grade application and comes in a 75 lb. bag. Type M Masonry Cement (BOM #100868) is used for structural, below-grade, load-bearing walls where higher compressive strengths are needed and comes in a 70 lb. bag.
TCC Materials® Masonry Joint Grout
TCC Materials® Masonry Joint Grout (BOM #103491) can be used to grout joint spaces in and between artificial stone, brick, masonry, and natural stone. It is a preblended mixture of dry cementitious materials and masonry sand that is designed to fill joints between masonry veneer systems. This product can be used for interior or exterior applications. The product is preblended with air-entrainment admixtures to resist freeze-thaw conditions, while increasing flow and durability. Designed for use in a variety of applications, Type I TCC Portland cements are manufactured to meet virtually any construction challenge and meets all requirements as outlined in ASTM C150. Portland cement is one of the most widely used basic building materials in the United States because it is durable, dependable, cost-effective, and suitable for a variety of concrete construction applications. Portland is used to construct pavements, sidewalks, reinforced concrete buildings, bridges, railway structures, tanks, reservoirs, culverts, water pipe, and masonry units and provides strength characteristics for conventional ready mix requirements, as well as construction where high strength is needed. TCC Materials offers Type I gray Portland cement in 92.6 lb. bags (BOM #100908) and 46.2 lb. bags (BOM #100910).

Designed for use in a variety of applications, TCC Portland Type III Cements (BOM #100722) are manufactured to meet virtually any construction challenge and meets all requirements as outlined in ASTM C150. Portland Type III Cements provides high early strength and are ideally suited for a variety of concrete construction applications. Type III is often used for those jobs where a structure must be put into service quickly, or when forms need to be removed as soon as possible, such as pre-cast or pre-stress applications.
TCC Materials® Rapid Patch® Commercial Asphalt Repair
TCC® Rapid Patch® Commercial Asphalt Repair (BOM #101856) is a commercial-grade patching material formulated for quickly repairing potholes and other defects in asphalt pavement. Asphalt Repair is a fast-setting repair product utilizing a specially selected combination of cements, admixtures, aggregates, and pigment which allows pavement to be opened to vehicular traffic within 3 hours of mixing the material. Rapid Patch Commercial Asphalt Repair is ideally suited when downtime is critical and when high early strength is required. Other benefits include no VOC, non oil-based, easy to mix & handle, and has excellent low-shrink, freeze/thaw, and salt-resistant properties. Can also be used with concrete.
TCC Materials® Silica Sand (4030) - Fine #40
TCC Silica Sand (Granusil 4030) is used for structural components in floor overlays, sports turf, and finish coat stucco. It has a consistently uniform shape, has excellent compaction & mechanical properties, and is resistant in high-traffic applications. TCC Materials® Thermaseal® Cementitious Geothermal Grout is a thermally-conductive cementitious grout engineered for application of vertical and horizontal ground source heat pumps and geothermal well fields. Thermaseal is non-toxic and safe for contact with potable ground water.

TCC Materials® Utility Sand (BOM #101004) is produced from high-purity industrial quartz for a use in a wide variety of applications that require a chemically inert, durable structural filler such as floor overlays, finish coat stucco, and sports turf. With consistently uniform grain shapes and particle distribution, this basic building material offers excellent compaction, placement, and mechanical properties. The high silica content is combined with low level soluble ions, alkalis, and alkaline oxides to provide non-reactive service in most corrosive and exposed environments.
