Landscape Loc® Mulch & Rock Bond Concentrate is a specially formulated concentrated locking compound designed to stabilize mulch, rock, gravel, decomposed granite, and other ground cover. It prevents displacement caused by rain, wind, wildlife, mowers, leaf blowers, pets, and other disturbances—while still allowing the substrate to drain and breathe naturally.
