SPEC MIX® Portland Lime & Sand Mortar is a dry, preblended mortar mix containing Portland cement, hydrated lime and dried masonry sand formulated for superior bond, water retention and board life. This product meets ASTM C 270 and ASTM C 1714 requirements. TCC Materials offers Spec Mix® Portland Lime & Sand mortar in Type N (BOM #101212), Type S (BOM #101013), Type M (BOM #101320), and Type O (BOM #107500). PCL Sand is also available with an Integral Water Repellant (IWR). Also available in 3,000 lb. bulk bags Type N (BOM #100316), Type S (BOM #101455), Type M (BOM #101456), and Type O (BOM #109618) to work with our silo system. SPEC MIX^® Mortar (w/ Silica Sand) – White

SPEC MIX® Portland Lime & Sand White Mortar w/ Silica Sand is a dry preblended mortar mix containing white Portland cement, hydrated lime and dried silica sand formulated for superior bond, water retention and board life. Because it is made with white Portland, this product is ideal for adding color or ordering with integral color. This product meets ASTM C 270 and ASTM C 1714 requirements. TCC Materials offers SPEC MIX® Portland Lime & Sand mortar in Type N (BOM #107615), Type S (BOM #107134), and Type O (BOM #109740). PCL Sand is also available as a white/gray Portland mix and/or with an Integral Water Repellant (IWR). Also available in 3,000 lb. SPEC MIX^® Adhered Veneer Mortar

SPEC MIX® Adhered Veneer Mortar (AVM) is a blend of dry cementitious materials and masonry sand specifically designed to provide superior bond for precast, lightweight masonry veneer units to base surfaces, and is also offered with integral color. TCC Materials offers Adhered Veneer Mortar in Type N (BOM #109302) and Type S (BOM #109454) This product meets ASTM C270 and ASTM C 1714, and CSA A 179 for Type S mortar including ACI 530 shear strength requirements.
