SPEC MIX® Self Consolidating Grout (SCG) is a dry, preblended grout designed for high fluidity without segregation. It bonds adjacent masonry units, fills bond beams, and surrounds steel reinforcement without mechanical consolidation, meeting ASTM C476 and TMS 402/602 standards for reinforced masonry. SCG offers superior fluidity and cohesion compared to conventional core fill grout, easily filling masonry cores completely—even around congested rebar—without voids. Only water is needed to produce a ready-to-use, self-consolidating grout, saving labor and ensuring consistent quality. It provides enhanced performance over standard grout, delivering high structural integrity for both reinforced and unreinforced masonry assemblies.
