Spec Mix® Portland Lime & Sand White Mortar w/ Silica Sand is a dry preblended mortar mix containing white Portland cement, hydrated lime and dried silica sand formulated for superior bond, water retention and board life. Because it is made with white Portland, this product is ideal for adding color or ordering with integral color. This product meets ASTM C 270 and ASTM C 1714 requirements. TCC Materials offers Spec Mix® Portland Lime & Sand mortar in Type N (BOM #107615), Type S (BOM #107134), and Type O (BOM #109740). PCL Sand is also available as a white/gray Portland mix and/or with an Integral Water Repellant (IWR). Also available in 3,000 lb.
