SPEC MIX® Mortar with Color is a dry, preblended mortar made with Portland cement, hydrated lime, masonry sand, and pigment for strong bond, good workability, and long board life. It meets ASTM C270 and C1714 and is available in Types N, S, and M, with optional Integral Water Repellent (IWR) and 3,000-lb bulk bags for silo use. For best color consistency, TCC recommends mixes with 2% or more pigment, as 1% color can vary due to cement shade, jobsite conditions, and masonry unit type.
