Akona® Wet/Cold Concrete & Masonry Loc is a two-component, non-sag, high-performance anchoring adhesive designed for use in temperatures as low as 15°F (-9°C). It bonds new concrete to existing concrete, repairs structural cracks, and secures dowel and tie bars for full-depth concrete repairs.
