SPEC MIX^® Mortar

SPEC MIX® Portland Lime & Sand Mortar is a dry, preblended mortar mix containing Portland cement, hydrated lime and dried masonry sand formulated for superior bond, water retention and board life. This product meets ASTM C 270 and ASTM C 1714 requirements. TCC Materials offers Spec Mix® Portland Lime & Sand mortar in Type N (BOM #101212), Type S (BOM #101013), Type M (BOM #101320), and Type O (BOM #107500). PCL Sand is also available with an Integral Water Repellant (IWR). Also available in 3,000 lb. bulk bags Type N (BOM #100316), Type S (BOM #101455), Type M (BOM #101456), and Type O (BOM #109618) to work with our silo system.
