Akona® Vinyl Cement Patch
Akona® Vinyl Cement Patch is ideally suited for repairs to damaged concrete steps, sidewalks, driveways, patios, curbs, walls and floors. This product contains unique polymers that give it twice the strength and three times the adhesion of conventional concrete. Just add water and mix for an easy-to-use product which can be troweled to a feather edge on interior and exterior concrete applications. For resurfacing large areas, use Akona Polymer-Modified Concrete Resurfacer.
ProSpec® Vinyl Concrete Patch
ProSpec® Vinyl Concrete Patch a polymer-modified, Portland cement-based patching compound used to repair minor surface imperfections in concrete. Suitable for interior and exterior applications from feather-edge to 2 in. (51 mm) thick per lift. Typically supports foot traffic in 8-12 hours, wheeled traffic in 48 hours. Available in 10 lb. pail (BOM #127634) and 50 lb. bag (BOM #120681).
Quikrete® Vinyl Concrete Patcher
Quikrete® Vinyl Concrete Patcher is a multi-purpose concrete repair material with strong adhesive properties which trowels to a feather edge of 1/16" (1.6 mm) and is made of a special blend of exterior-grade vinyl resin, fine sand, and Portland cement. Just add water. Available in 40 lb. bags (BOM #100472), 20 lb. pails (BOM #100131), and 10 lb. pails (BOM #109334).
Akona® Instant Patching Cement
Akona® Instant Patching Cement (BOM #102632) is a high-performance cement used for filling wide cracks and other concrete repair needs. It sets rock hard in just 90 minutes. Akona Instant Patching Cement self-bonds to all properly-prepared concrete surfaces and develops twice the strength of ordinary concrete.
Akona® Rapid Patch® Concrete Refinisher
Akona® Rapid Patch® Concrete Refinisher (BOM #103145) is a heavy-duty, fast-setting patching material for concrete tilt-up panels, pre-cast concrete, concrete block, concrete pipe, and other concrete or masonry surfaces. This product is suitable for interior or exterior use. Just add water to create a workable, easy-to-apply mixture with excellent bonding characteristics. This product may be trowel applied over existing concrete surfaces from a feather-edge to 2" thickness to finish the appearance of concrete surfaces. It can be shaved or sanded to required shape. Its fast-setting characteristics made it ideal for vertical, horizontal, and overhead applications and when down time is critical.
Akona® Rapid Patch® Concrete Surface Repair
Akona® Rapid Patch® Concrete Surface Repair (BOM# 102896) is a high-strength, fast-setting, low-shrinkage patching material for commercial and industrial horizontal concrete surfaces. Concrete Surface Repair can also be used for concrete pavements, highway applications, concrete levelling and underlayments. Meets ASTM C928-R2. MN DOT approved under "Rapid Hardening Materials for Repairs".
ProSpec® Air-Entrained Concrete Patching Mix AE
ProSpec® Air-Entrained Concrete Patching Mix AE (3U58M) (BOM #126199) is an ideal for repairing concrete pavement, bridge decks, industrial floors, concrete parking lots, and garage decks. This pre-blended mixture of cement, aggregate, and special additives will produce a high strength concrete repair material that is extremely durable and works well in harsh environments. Additionally, when used with ProSpec Fast-Set Liquid Activator, surfaces can be reopened to traffic within 4 to 5 hours under typical conditions.

This pre-blended cement and oven dried sand mixture will produce a high-strength concrete repair material that is extremely durable in partial depth applications such as concrete pavements, bridge decks, industrial floors, concrete parking lots and garage decks. It is also used for adhering pavers to concrete steps and walks, patching and/or leveling concrete surfaces, filling large cracks, and filling cores in masonry block or brick. ProSpec® Rapid Patch® Commercial DOT Repair
ProSpec® Rapid Patch® Commercial DOT Repair is a rapid-setting, high-strength, polymer-modified, one-component hydraulic cement mortar designed for concrete repair and overlay applications requiring high durability. Meets or exceeds ASTM C928-R3 Standard Specification for Packaged, Dry, Very Rapid, Hardening Cementitious Materials for Concrete Repair. Resistant to salts, grease, oil, and other chemicals often found in the transportation environment. Produces a high-strength concrete repair material that is extremely durable and works well in harsh environments. Use for both full-depth and partial-depth applications.
TCC Materials® Microsilica Concrete Patching Mix
TCC Materials® Microsilica Concrete Patching Mix (5098SP) is ideal for repairing parking structures, industrial plants, roads, walkways, bridges, tunnels, dams and ramps. This is a pre-blended cementitious mixture that produces a rapid strength gaining concrete repair material that is extremely durable and open to foot traffic in 2 hours or vehicular traffic in 4 hours.
Akona® Polymer-Modified Concrete Resurfacer
Akona® Polymer-Modified Concrete Resurfacer is a special, acrylic, polymer-modified cement used to resurface spalled and/or damaged interior and exterior concrete surfaces such as steps, patios, garage floors, and sidewalks. Akona Concrete Resurfacer bonds and dries to a concrete gray color. This high-strength product has superior bond and is trowelable to from 1/4 in. down to 1/8 in. (6 to 3 mm). It may be trowel or broom finished, and is available in a 25 lb. bag (BOM #102642).
Akonakote® Pourable Concrete Patch
Akonakote™ Pourable Concrete Patch (#104626) is a flowable, squeegee-grade, polymer-modified patching and resurfacing mix. This flowable, easy-to-use formula can be applied standing up to corrects defects on concrete surfaces prior to applying new flooring materials or coatings. Additionally, Pourable Concrete Patch can be used as a wearable surface in some applications. For deeper repairs over ½" in concrete floors, it is advisable to use Akona Instant Patching Cement prior to using this product.
ProSpec® Concrete Resurfacer
ProSpec® Concrete Resurfacer (BOM #120728) is a fast-setting, high-performance polymer-modified, cement-based product used for resurfacing old concrete to make it look new again. Applications from feather edge to ½ in. (2-13 mm). Fast-drying, walkable on average in 2 hours.
ProSpec® Pourable Concrete Patch
ProSpec® Pourable Concrete Patch (BOM #120672) is a Portland cement-based, flowable, squeegee-grade, polymer-modified patching and resurfacing mix for interior and exterior horizontal concrete substrates. Easy to use, it corrects defects up to ½ in. (13 mm) on concrete surfaces prior to applying new flooring materials or coatings. Depending on application, can also be used as a wearable surface for residential and light duty commercial applications. Meets ASTM C387 “Standard Specification for Packaged, Dry, Combined Materials for Mortar and Concrete” for normal weight concrete.
Quikrete® Sand Mix
Quikrete® Sand/Topping Mix (BOM #101231) consists of a uniformly-blended mixture of Portland cement, commercial-grade sands and other approved ingredients. Just add water and mix to repair or top damaged concrete surfaces less than 2" thick.
Sakrete® Flo-Coat Concrete Resurfacer
Sakrete® Flo-Coat Concrete Resurfacer (BOM #120034) is a polymer-modified sand and cement mix for resurfacing concrete from 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch depth. Can be applied in a flowable consistency using a squeegee or in a stiffer consistency using a trowel.
Sakrete® Pourable Concrete Patch
Sakrete® Pourable Concrete Patch (BOM #120037) is a flowable, squeegee-grade, polymer-modified mix for patching and resurfacing concrete up to ½ inch depth.
Sakrete® Sand Mix
Sakrete® Sand Mix (BOM #100397) is a quality mixture of sand and cement designed to be used as a topping mix to rejuvenate damaged concrete surfaces or as a bedding mix and joint grout for flagstone, slate, and brick walkways. Sand Mix can be applied in layers ranging from ½ to 2 inches thick and exceeds the strength requirements of ASTM C 387. Just add water, mix, and use.
Sakrete® Top 'n Bond Concrete Patcher
Sakrete® Top 'n Bond Concrete Patcher (BOM #120031 = 10 lb. / #120032 = 50 lb.) is a polymer-modified sand-cement repair mortar for resurfacing, patching, and general concrete repairs from ½ inch to featheredge. Requires only the addition of water.
Tech-Mix® Sand Topping Mix

Akona® Crack-Resistant Surface Bonding Cement
Akona® Crack-Resistant Surface Bonding Cement (BOM #102614) is a specially-formulated, multi-use product. It can be used to build and restore retaining walls or block walls, patch large vertical holes where non-sagging cement is a must, or repair deteriorated stucco. Because it contains special fibers it will not shrink, crack, or sag on a vertical repair. It also provides additional overall strength over conventional concrete.
Akona® Foundation Coating Cement
Akona® Foundation Coating Cement (BOM #102621) is a specially-formulated, cement-based product for coating and protecting polystyrene insulation board or insulated concrete forms (ICF) from weathering, ultraviolet rays, and general wear/impact. Akona Foundation Coating Cement is polymer-modified and contains fibers which reduces shrinkage and improves the adhesion properties of the product. Akona Foundation Coating Cement is easy to apply by masonry brush or trowel and has the superior durability of a Portland cement-based product. It also provides a tough, durable gray textured or stucco-like finish. If desired, the product may be integrally colored with a liquid cement or mortar colorant, or it can be painted to match existing home design.
Akona® Heavy-Duty Waterproofing Base Coat
Akona® Heavy-Duty Waterproofing Base Coat (BOM #102624) is a Portland cement-based, waterproof coating for use over concrete, block, brick or stucco surfaces. Use for interior or exterior coating of foundation, basement or retaining walls below or above grade. When applied over non-uniform areas, this product provides a smooth or textured surface that can be left as a finished decorative coating. In addition, this product can serve as a base coat for paint or similar faux finishes.
ProSpec® Rapid Patch® Vertical Repair
ProSpec® Rapid Patch® Vertical Repair (BOM #126171) is a non-slumping, high-strength, fast-setting, non-shrink, patching material for commercial and industrial vertical and overhead holes in concrete or masonry. ProSpec® Surface Bonding Cement CR
ProSpec® Surface Bonding Cement CR is a versatile fiber-reinforced, Portland cement-based product used to build and restore retaining walls or block walls, patch large vertical holes where non-sagging cement is a must, repair deteriorated stucco, and in the construction of concrete block walls that are dry stacked (without mortar) above the first course. ProSpec® Vertical Concrete Surface Finisher
ProSpec® Vertical Concrete Surface Finisher is a superior cementitious waterproofing coating for concrete and masonry. It provides a protective and waterproof surface while eliminating the rubbing process. Spray or brush applied, available in light gray (BOM #120765) or white (BOM #120764). For added performance, durability, and improved bonding, Vertical Concrete Surface Finisher is designed to be mixed with ProSpec Mighty Bond liquid additive. Quikrete® FastSet™ Repair Mortar
Quikrete® FastSet Repair Mortar (BOM #109719) is specifically formulated to make structural repairs to any concrete, masonry or stucco surface. This low-sag formula has a 20-30 minute working time which allows for sculpting of the material during placement and makes it ideal for vertical and overhead repairs. Just add water, mix, and use to repair concrete, masonry, or stucco surfaces. Exceeds ASTM C 928 R-2. Compressive strength ASTM C109 modified: 3 hours=2,000 psi, 24 hours = 4,000 psi, 7 days = 5,000 psi, and 28 days = 6,000 psi.
Quikrete® Surface Bonding Cement
Quikrete® Quikwall Surface Bonding Cement is an alkali-resistant, fiberglass-reinforced, Portland cement based, surface bonding cement used for construction of dry-stack (without mortar) cement block walls. Akona® Instant Water Stop is a quick-setting, hydraulic cement compound used primarily as a water stop or hole filler on concrete or masonry materials. It is formulated to expand when set and locks into place to block flowing water within 3 to 5 minutes. Instant Water Stop bonds to wet walls and is ideal for patching cracks and leaks in swimming pools and is available in 10 lb. bags (BOM #102635) and 25 lb. bags (BOM #102636)
Sakrete® Leak Stopper Hydraulic Cement
Sakrete® Leak Stopper Hydraulic Cement (BOM #120030) stops the flow of water through breaks in concrete or masonry walls and floors. Rapid setting, with initial set-time of 1-3 minutes, and final set in 3-4 minutes.
Akona® Refractory Mortar
Akona® Medium-Duty Refractory Mortar (BOM #104319) is a dry, preblended mortar ideally suited for setting masonry units in fireplaces (outdoor or indoor), fire pits, BBQ's, or chimney applications such as setting clay flue liners. Our refractory mortar is air-entrained for freeze-thaw resistance, offers great workability, high strength, and a one-hour working time. Good for temperatures up to 2,550°F and has passed ASTM C199, ASTM C1283, and ASTM E136.
ProSpec® Masonry Veneer Joint Grout

TCC Materials® Masonry Cement
TCC Materials® Masonry Cement is designed to be mixed with masonry sand to create masonry mortar for various applications such as brick and stone. Type N Masonry Cement (BOM #100920) is used for non-structural, above-grade applications such as setting brick or stone veneer and comes in a 70 lb. bag. Type S Masonry Cement (BOM #100917) is designed for structural above-grade or below-grade application and comes in a 75 lb. bag. ProSpec® Refractory Mortar
ProSpec® Refractory Mortar is a specially-engineered blend of specific cements and aggregates giving the mortar unique heat-resistance and thermal characteristics for use in high-temperature applications such as inside fire pit rings, setting chimney clay flue liners, parging a smoke chimney chamber, and setting fire bricks. Akona® Epoxy Crack Repair
Akona® Epoxy Crack Repair (BOM #120439) is a two-component, high-strength, 100% solids, epoxy repair product designed for injection into horizontal cracks in structural materials including concrete and bricks for the purpose of bonding and sealing. Special no-mess, self-mixing tube for easier application. Use to fill and bond narrow horizontal cracks up to 1/4" (6 mm) wide x 6" (150 mm) deep. Dries clear to light yellow color.
Akona® Fast-Setting Anchoring Epoxy
Akona® Fast-Setting Anchoring Epoxy (BOM #120438) is a two-component, high-performance, 100% solids, high-modulus, non-sag gel epoxy designed for anchoring bolts, railings, dowels, and rebar steel into concrete and to bond or repair a variety of household and common building materials including concrete, porous tile, and stone. Special no-mess, self-mixing tube for easier application. Non-shrink, resistant to chemicals and solvents, this high-strength, fast-setting epoxy has a gel time in as little as 12-14 minutes; initial cure of 2 hours; and final cure time of 12-16 hours. Use both horizontal and vertical, up to 1/8" (3 mm) annular width and 10" (254 mm) depth. Because it is moisture tolerant, it is ideal for stopping air and water leaks. Gray in color.

The product is gray in color and designed to blend in with the texture of surrounding mortar. Our durable, pre-mixed Mortar Repair is a sanded, acrylic formulation that dries quickly, is paintable, and provides superior adhesion to masonry.
Akonaflex® Pro Self-Leveling Expansion Joint Filler
Akonaflex® Pro Self-Leveling Expansion Joint Filler is a superior-grade, one-component, urethane sealant and filler to be used in concrete joints as well as a wide variety of substrates. Its self-leveling characteristics provide a smooth finish which makes it ideal for filling cracks or gaps on horizontal surfaces such as concrete driveways, sidewalks, above ground foundations, patios, concrete steps, garage floors, and other concrete surfaces. Akonaflex Pro fills expansion joints up to 1½" W x 1"D. Can be exposed to water after only 2 hours under normal conditions without washing out. It will reach full cure after 24 hours. Akonaflex® Self-Leveling Concrete Repair is a one-component, construction-grade, polyurethane, moisture-cure sealant designed to meet the flexibility requirements of dynamically moving joints. Self-leveling to result in a smooth, gray finish which is foot-traffic ready after 3 days and will reach full cure in 1 week. Fills and seals horizontal joints up to 1"W x ½"D on concrete slabs, driveways, sidewalks, decks, pitch pans, pavers, garage floors, industrial floors and other concrete surfaces. Its premium-grade components give you a strong, durable, flexible, waterproof seal and leaves a finish that can be painted once cured with a latex paint. Akonaseal® Polyurethane Masonry/Joint Sealant
Akonaseal™ Polyurethane Masonry/Joint Sealant (BOM #104561) has an updated package and name (previously called Polyurethane Construction Textured Sealant). A premium-grade, multi-purpose, moisture-cure sealant, designed to meet the flexibility requirements of dynamically moving cracks and joints, this texturized, gray mortar-colored sealant is ideally suited for vertical concrete, stucco or masonry applications with a maximum joint of 1"W x ½"D and can be painted with a latex paint when cured. Complies with ASTM C920, Federal Specification TTS-00230C, and is VOC compliant.
Akona® Concrete Bonding Additive
Akona® Concrete Bonding Additive is an acrylic cement modifier that dramatically improves strength, adhesion, abrasion resistance and freeze-thaw resistance and is ideally suited for use with sand, mortar, cement mixes and selected Akona Repair Products. Akona Concrete Bonding Additive produces a patch that will adhere to old concrete and provides the adhesion required for thin overlays. Available in 1 gal. bottles (BOM #102659) and 1 qt. bottles (BOM #102658).
Akona® Concrete/Masonry Restoration Cleaner
Akona® Concrete/Masonry Restoration Cleaner (BOM #102652) is a mild, acidic product that dissolves and removes efflorescence (white mineral deposits) and rust stains from concrete surfaces, masonry units, pavers, brick, etc. This product is recommended to be used before applying a sealer to the surface of concrete or masonry. This enables the sealer to penetrate and seal more effectively. Use this product before applying Akona Penetrating Paver & Masonry Sealer or Akona Water Based Concrete Sealer. In addition, Akona Surface Concrete Cleaner may be used to prepare the surface of concrete or masonry prior to using Akona Repair Products.

Akona® Liquid Air Entraining Admixture (BOM #103941) is a ready-to-use, aqueous solution made of organic materials. Akona Liquid Air Entraining Admixture entrains a small and stable amount of air into the desired mix. These small, stable air voids enhance the mixture and improve workability. Its chemical composition and physical properties make it ideal for many construction applications. It is intended for use when increased workability and freeze-thaw durability of concrete or mortar is preferred. This admixture also improves resistance to freeze/thaw, scaling, segregation, and bleeding and improves strength, plasticity, water retention, and cohesiveness of mortar. Meets ASTM C260 Standard Specification for Air-Entraining Admixtures for Concrete.

ProSpec® Fast-Set Liquid Activator
ProSpec® Fast-Set Liquid Activator is formulated specifically to be used in conjunction with ProSpec® Air-Entrained Concrete Patching Mix AE in order to establish a quicker set and develop strength rapidly. When used with the patching mix, Fast-Set Liquid Activator reduces the closure time of high-traffic areas from 24 hours to 4-5 hours under normal conditions. Available in 1 gallon bottles (BOM #120593) and 5 gallon pails (BOM # 120770).
ProSpec® Mighty Bond™
ProSpec® Mighty Bond™ is a high-solids, acrylic, liquid bonding agent that substantially improves adhesion, impact, and shear bond, tensile, and flexural and compressive strength of unmodified concrete, mortars, patches and grouts. Additionally, Mighty Bond adds excellent freeze/thaw and salt resistance and creates more durable cement-based materials. Minimal preparation is required. Available in 5 gal. pails (BOM #120526) and 1 gal. bottles (BOM #120525).
ProSpec® Restoration Cleaner

ProSpec® Concrete & Masonry Dissolver is an environmentally-friendly liquid alternative to aggressive acid concrete removers. Use to safely dissolve and remove cured concrete, mortar, grout, and stucco build-up from tools, concrete forms, job mixers, hardware, shoring, and more. Tech-Mix® Masonry Cement
Tech-Mix® Masonry Cement is designed to be mixed with masonry sand to create masonry mortar applications for brick and stone with consistent strength, durability, and workability. Climate conditions, exposure, and engineering requirements must be considered when selecting the mortar type.
Each type conforms to ASTM C-91 Standard Specification for Masonry Cement, and are used to produce ASTM C270 for Type N, Type S, or Type M mortars respectfully.
