Akona® Rapid Patch® Concrete Refinisher (BOM #104563) is a fast-setting patching material for concrete pavement, curbs, steps, block and all other interior or exterior concrete surfaces. The convenient zip-pouch package is designed with the do-it-yourselfer in mind for smaller repair projects. Just add water and mix in the bag to create a workable mixture with excellent bonding characteristics. Trowel apply over existing concrete surfaces from a feather edge to 2" thickness to fix minor blemishes. It can be shaved or molded to required shape. Use all the product at once, or take some out and save the rest for another project. And when you're done, our disposable, mix-in-the-bag package makes clean-up a breeze.


Akona® Rapid Patch® Concrete Refinisher

Akona® Rapid Patch® Concrete Refinisher (BOM #103145) is a heavy-duty, fast-setting patching material for concrete tilt-up panels, pre-cast concrete, concrete block, concrete pipe, and other concrete or masonry surfaces. This product is suitable for interior or exterior use. Just add water to create a workable, easy-to-apply mixture with excellent bonding characteristics. This product may be trowel applied over existing concrete surfaces from a feather-edge to 2" thickness to finish the appearance of concrete surfaces. It can be shaved or sanded to required shape. Its fast-setting characteristics made it ideal for vertical, horizontal, and overhead applications and when down time is critical.


Akona® Rapid Patch® Concrete Surface Repair

Akona® Rapid Patch® Concrete Surface Repair (BOM# 102896) is a high-strength, fast-setting, low-shrinkage patching material for commercial and industrial horizontal concrete surfaces. Concrete Surface Repair can also be used for concrete pavements, highway applications, concrete levelling and underlayments. Meets ASTM C928-R2. MN DOT approved under "Rapid Hardening Materials for Repairs".


Akona® Refractory Mortar

Akona® Medium-Duty Refractory Mortar (BOM #104319) is a dry, preblended mortar ideally suited for setting masonry units in fireplaces (outdoor or indoor), fire pits, BBQs, or chimney applications such as setting clay flue liners. Our refractory mortar is air-entrained for freeze-thaw resistance, offers great workability, high strength, and a one-hour working time. Good for temperatures up to 2,550°F and has passed ASTM C199, ASTM C1283, and ASTM E136.


Akona® Self-Leveling Floor Underlayment Cement

Akona® Self-Leveling Floor Underlayment Cement (BOM #104623) is a free-flowing mortar for use where a level surface is necessary prior to installing floor coverings. This ground-breaking formula has a dry, integral primer mixed so you no longer need to spend the additional money, time, and labor on adding an additional primer liquid. Our Self-Leveling Floor Underlayment Cement requires a minimum amount of labor to produce a smooth, level surface that is ready for installing floor coverings such as ceramic tile, marble, wood and carpet within 24 hours and resilient flooring after 72 hours. It is also ideal for encapsulate radiant heating installations. This product is designed for interior applications from ⅛" up to 1" thick.


Akona® Vinyl Cement Patch

Akona® Vinyl Cement Patch is ideally suited for repairs to damaged concrete steps, sidewalks, driveways, patios, curbs, walls and floors. This product contains unique polymers that give it twice the strength and three times the adhesion of conventional concrete. Just add water and mix for an easy-to-use product which can be troweled to a feather edge on interior and exterior concrete applications. For resurfacing large areas, use Akona Polymer-Modified Concrete Resurfacer.


ProSpec® Air-Entrained Concrete Patching Mix AE

ProSpec® Air-Entrained Concrete Patching Mix AE (3U58M) (BOM #126199) is an ideal for repairing concrete pavement, bridge decks, industrial floors, concrete parking lots, and garage decks. This pre-blended mixture of cement, aggregate, and special additives will produce a high strength concrete repair material that is extremely durable and works well in harsh environments. Additionally, when used with ProSpec Fast-Set Liquid Activator, surfaces can be reopened to traffic within 4 to 5 hours under typical conditions.


ProSpec® Concrete Patching Mix

ProSpec® Concrete Patching Mix (BOM 126198) is a dry mixed combination of Portland Cement and aggregates that is proportioned and manufactured according to MnDOT specification 3105. When mixed according to specifications with water and admixtures, it is an ideal mixture for repairing concrete pavement, industrial floors, and structural concrete.


ProSpec® Concrete Resurfacer

ProSpec® Concrete Resurfacer (BOM #120728) is a fast-setting, high-performance polymer-modified, cement-based product used for resurfacing old concrete to make it look new again. Applications from feather edge to ½ in. (2-13 mm). Fast-drying, walkable on average in 2 hours.


ProSpec® Feather Edge Pro

ProSpec® Feather Edge Pro (BOM #120540) is a trowelable, rapid-setting, polymer-modified, self-drying, Portland cement-based patch and skim coating compound for multiple interior substrates. Specially formulated with superior workability for easy application, this non-sanded product results in an ultra-smooth finish and can be applied from feather-edge to ½ in. (13 mm) and is ideal for use as an embossing leveler. Fast-setting, with initial set in 15 minutes; can accept ceramic tile and stone applications, as well as moisture-sensitive floor coverings, in as little as 30 minutes or when completly dry.


ProSpec® Feather Patch Pro

ProSpec® Feather Patch Pro is a fast-setting, polymer-modified, self-drying, Portland cement-based patch and skim coating compound for interior use under ceramic tile, hardwood flooring, carpet and a wide array of floor coverings. Ideal for deeper patching, this product can be applied from feather-edge to 2 in. (51 mm) thick. Formulated for exceptional bond strength and superior workability, can be applied to concrete with a relative humidity (RH) up to 90%. Rapid-setting, with initial set in 15 minutes; can accept ceramic tile and stone applications, as well as moisture-sensitive floor coverings, in as little as 30 minutes or when completely dry. This pre-blended cement and oven dried sand mixture will produce a high-strength concrete repair material that is extremely durable in partial depth applications such as concrete pavements, bridge decks, industrial floors, concrete parking lots and garage decks. ProSpec® Rapid Patch® Commercial DOT Repair

ProSpec® Rapid Patch® Commercial DOT Repair (BOM #100689) is a rapid-setting, high-strength, polymer-modified, one-component hydraulic cement mortar designed for concrete repair and overlay applications requiring high durability. Meets or exceeds ASTM C928-R3 Standard Specification for Packaged, Dry, Very Rapid, Hardening Cementitious Materials for Concrete Repair. Resistant to salts, grease, oil, and other chemicals often found in the transportation environment. ProSpec Rapid Patch Commercial DOT Repair is approved by MNDOT for "Rapid Hardening Materials for Repairs".

ProSpec® Rapid Patch® Vertical Repair

ProSpec® Rapid Patch® Vertical Repair (BOM #126171) is a non-slumping, high-strength, fast-setting, non-shrink, patching material for commercial and industrial vertical and overhead holes in concrete or masonry. Can be shaved or molded to required shapes. Initial set-time of 15 minutes. Maximum application thickness of 1-1/2 in. (38 mm) per layer.


ProSpec® Surface Bonding Cement CR

ProSpec® Surface Bonding Cement CR is a versatile fiber-reinforced, Portland cement-based product used to build and restore retaining walls or block walls, patch large vertical holes where non-sagging cement is a must, repair deteriorated stucco, and in the construction of concrete block walls that are dry stacked (without mortar) above the first course. Special fibers control shrinkage, cracking, and sagging on vertical applications and provides additional overall strength when compared with conventional concrete. QUIKRETE® 5000 Concrete Mix

QUIKRETE® 5000 Concrete Mix (BOM #104624) is a commercial-grade blend of stone or gravel, sand and cement specially designed for higher early strength and ideal for cold weather application. QUIKRETE® Building Form

The QUIK-TUBE® Building Form is a ridged fiber building form tube that eliminates the need to build wood forms. QUIKRETE® Non-Shrink Precision Grout (BOM #100713) is a high-strength, non-metallic grout designed for precision grouting and general construction applications. Simply add water and mix to obtain flowable properties and high strengths. Its non-shrink characteristics make it stable and capable of handling high load transfers. This grout can be mixed to a plastic, flowable or fluid consistency to for grouting pre-cast concrete, heavy equipment, bearing plates, steel columns, and anchoring applications. At 28 days the compressive strengths reach 14000 psi at a plastic consistency, 12000 psi at a flowable consistency, and 8000 psi at a fluid consistency. Complies with ASTM C1107 and Army Corp of Engineers CRD 621.

TCC Materials® Low-Dust Additive is designed to significantly reduce the amount of dust generated during the handling and use of dry concrete, masonry, shotcrete, and geothermal mixes at the construction site. This product can reduce dust by 50-80% without compromising the strength, properties, or workability of the specific mix. Excellent for projects in high foot traffic, residential, or other areas where humans, pets, structures, electronics, and machinery can be negatively affected by dust accumulation.
