TCC Materials® Portland Cement - Type I
Designed for use in a variety of applications, Type I TCC Portland cements are manufactured to meet virtually any construction challenge and meets all requirements as outlined in ASTM C150. Portland cement is one of the most widely used basic building materials in the United States because it is durable, dependable, cost-effective, and suitable for a variety of concrete construction applications. Portland is used to construct pavements, sidewalks, reinforced concrete buildings, bridges, railway structures, tanks, reservoirs, culverts, water pipe, and masonry units and provides strength characteristics for conventional ready mix requirements, as well as construction where high strength is needed. TCC Materials offers Type I gray Portland cement in 92.6 lb. bags (BOM #100908) and 46.2 lb. bags (BOM #100910).
TCC Materials® Portland Cement - Type III
Designed for use in a variety of applications, TCC Portland Type III Cements (BOM #100722) are manufactured to meet virtually any construction challenge and meets all requirements as outlined in ASTM C150. Portland Type III Cements provides high early strength and are ideally suited for a variety of concrete construction applications. Type III is often used for those jobs where a structure must be put into service quickly, or when forms need to be removed as soon as possible, such as pre-cast or pre-stress applications.
White Portland Cement - Type I
Lehigh White Type I (BOM #100371) meets ASTM C150 Standard Specification for Portland Cement. Uses: precast and pre-stressed architectural concrete, cast-in-place architectural and structural concrete, architectural concrete masonry, swimming pools and spas, colored mortars, ornamental statuary, reflective floors, floor tiles and pavers, cast stone, terrazzo, tile grout, glass fiber reinforced concrete products, concrete countertops, concrete roof tiles, traffic calming and delineation, median barriers, bridge parapets, sound walls, retaining walls, tunnel construction, reflective concrete paving.
Quikrete® Concrete Mix
Quikrete® Concrete Mix (BOM #100389) is the original 4,000 psi average compressive strength blend of Portland cement, sand, and gravel or stone. Just add water. Use for any general concrete work. Designed for pouring concrete 2" thick or more or building/repairing concrete structures. Available in 80 lb. bags (BOM #100389), 60 lb. bags (BOM #101356), and 40 lb. bags (BOM #104606). Approximate Yield: 80 lbs. = 0.60 cu. ft. 60 lbs. = 0.45 cu. ft.
Sakrete® High Strength Concrete Mix
Sakrete® High Strength Concrete Mix (BOM #100171 = 60 lb. bag / #120021 = 50 lb. pail) is designed for anchoring posts and poles, and pouring footings and slabs. High Strength Concrete Mix is premium quality for consistent strength and durability and meets ASTM C 387 strength requirements for structural applications. Uses include building walks, drives, slabs and steps as well as anchoring posts and poles. High Strength Concrete Mix is for applications requiring at least 2 inches in thickness. Just add water, mix, and use.
Tech-Mix® Concrete Mix
Tech-Mix® Concrete Mix is a high strength pre-blended Portland cement mixture for pouring concrete 2 inches thick or greater. Used for general building and repairing steps, slabs, walks, and floors.

Quikrete® Fast-Setting Concrete Mix
Quikrete® Fast-Setting Concrete Mix (BOM #100166) is a special blend of fast-setting cements, sand and gravel designed to set hard in approx. 20 to 40 minutes. Sets posts without mixing. Pour dry mix into hole and soak with water. Use for setting fence posts, mailbox posts, basketball posts, deck posts, or lamp posts. Or use to construct new steps, sidewalks, or concrete appliance pads.
Sakrete® Fast-Setting Concrete Mix
Sakrete® Fast-Setting Concrete Mix (BOM #120019 = 50 lb. pail / #106576 = 50 lb. bag) sets posts and poles quickly and easily, even without blending the material. Sets in just ½ an hour so that no bracing is needed and exceeds the strength requirements of ASTM C 387. Fast-Setting Concrete Mix is intended for applications requiring at least 2 inches in thickness.

ProSpec® Concrete Patching Mix
ProSpec® Concrete Patching Mix (BOM #126198) is a dry mixed combination of Portland Cement and aggregates that is proportioned and manufactured according to MnDOT specification 3105. ProSpec® Air-Entrained Concrete Patching Mix AE
ProSpec® Air-Entrained Concrete Patching Mix AE (3U58M) (BOM #126199) is an ideal for repairing concrete pavement, bridge decks, industrial floors, concrete parking lots, and garage decks. This pre-blended mixture of cement, aggregate, and special additives will produce a high strength concrete repair material that is extremely durable and works well in harsh environments. Additionally, when used with ProSpec Fast-Set Liquid Activator, surfaces can be reopened to traffic within 4 to 5 hours under typical conditions.

ProSpec® Rapid Patch® Horizontal Repair (BOM #126173) is a high-strength, fast-setting, low shrinkage patching material for commercial and industrial concrete horizontal surfaces, as well as concrete pavements and highway applications. Approved by MNDOT under Rapid Hardening Materials for Repairs.
TCC Materials® Microsilica Concrete Patching Mix
TCC Materials® Microsilica Concrete Patching Mix (5098SP) is ideal for repairing parking structures, industrial plants, roads, walkways, bridges, tunnels, dams and ramps. This is a pre-blended cementitious mixture that produces a rapid strength gaining concrete repair material that is extremely durable and open to foot traffic in 2 hours or vehicular traffic in 4 hours.

TCC Materials® Iowa DOT Concrete Patch Mix (BOM #104912) is a low-slump concrete primarily used for bridge deck overlays and concrete pavements. Produces a high-strength concrete repair material that is extremely durable and works well in harsh environments. Use for both full-depth and partial-depth applications.
TCC Materials® Concrete Curb Mix
TCC Materials® Concrete Curb Mix is a dry, preblended, air entrained concrete mix containing cementitious material, aggregate and other special additives formulated for flowability and freeze-thaw resistance. TCC Materials® Countertop Mix
TCC Materials® Premium Concrete Countertop Mix™ is a fast-setting, high-strength countertop mix formulated for use in various precast projects. This product is ideally suited for countertops, outdoor kitchen tops, bar or table tops, precast wall caps, mantels or lintels. Because it is fiber reinforced with shinkage-reducing microfiber technology, this product is also ideal for workbenches and utility tops. Premium Countertop Mix just needs water to produce an easy-to-use, pourable mixture that can be de-molded in 18-24 hours. Available in a 50 lb. bag in gray (BOM #103434) or white (BOM #104082).
Tech-Mix® Masonry Cement
TechMix® Masonry Cement is designed to be mixed with masonry sand to create masonry mortar applications for brick and stone with consistent strength, durability, and workability. Climate conditions, exposure, and engineering requirements must be considered when selecting the mortar type.
Each type conforms to ASTM C-91 Standard Specification for Masonry Cement, and are used to produce ASTM C270 for Type N, Type S, or Type M mortars respectfully.
